Business Recalibrated runs over 60 days starting with a full diagnostic of your operation; pricing, job costing, cash flow, and how work is moving through your business. From there, every strategy session is focused on fixing what the diagnostic finds.
Before each call, you'll work through the program materials on your own time. The session isn't a lecture. It's a working session where you and your strategist go through what you've built, correct what needs correcting, and put better systems in place. You leave each call with something fixed, not more homework.
