How It Works
Journeyman runs in two phases under one membership.
Phase one: the Recalibrated diagnostic. Every member starts here. We run Profit 911 and put your real numbers on the table: pricing, job costing, cash flow, and how work moves through your business. The diagnostic tells us exactly what's broken and in what order to fix it. If your foundation is solid, you confirm it fast and move on. If it isn't, this is where we repair it.
Phase two: your focus track. Once the numbers are right, you move into the track that matches your biggest constraint and keep building, one priority at a time.
Every session is a working session, not a lecture. You and your Business Strategist go through what you've built, correct what needs correcting, and put better systems in place. You leave each call with something fixed, not more homework.
